Preview Clip Person of Interest 4.19 “Skip”

Nothing much has changed in this preview clip from the promo for Skip. So I am just going to repost my thoughts here. Still looks to be a fun episode, although the number kissing Reese reminds me of what Zoe did in The Fix of season one.

When I looked at the promo photos for this episode of Person of Interest season 4, I just knew this was not going to be anything amounting to a normal POI showing. As if there is anything normal about any of Person of Interest’s installments. John Reese (Jim Caviezel) and the number, Frankie Wells (Kathryn Winnick), in a deli with rows of sausages hanging over head—now what is going on there?

As I guessed a previous number—Harper Rose (Annie Ilonzeh) from Blunt—has obviously been arrested for one of her scams and is on the lam evading prosecution. In steps the skip chaser/bounty hunter Frankie Wells. Wells appears to be even more convinced in her ability to take care of herself than her quarry was when Reese tried to help Harper. Yet John seems to admire Wells tenacity even though from the promo Frankie is giving him more trouble than Harper Rose. Nonetheless, I didn’t see any indication where the danger is coming from; neither women look to be perpetrators or victims. If anything Ms. Rose seemed to be amused by the whole thing, even laughingly taunting Riley (John) from her car widow.
